I just can’t stop thinking about the agony Quentin’s family and girlfriend must be feeling right now. It's so devastating to lose someone so young and full of potential. It's always shocking to see violence hit this close to home. I grew up near South Miller Avenue, and it’s surreal to imagine such a tragedy unfolding in our neighborhood. I hope the community comes together to support those affected and help prevent further violence. I’m also hoping anyone with information makes that crucial call to help the investigation reach a swift resolution. Let’s push for peace in our streets and hold those responsible accountable. Has anyone else been following the details about the suspect, Keegan Mills? It's disturbing to learn he was already a serious violent felon and still had access to a firearm. How does this keep happening? I can't help but feel for Quentin McCool's family, knowing that this was preventable if only our system worked the way it's supposed to. We need to have serious conversations about stopping this cycle of violence and making sure individuals with violent histories can't harm others.
