I’ve been following the updates on the tragic shooting of Mark Miles Jr., and what stands out to me is the immense difficulty the family must be facing right now. Not only did they lose Mark, but they're also dealing with the fact that his brother, Terry, is the one responsible. I can't imagine the pain of dealing with such a loss on both sides.
It's concerning to read that Terry was reportedly acting out of character, claiming he was God and making threats prior to the incident. It sounds like there might have been more going on with him mentally or that drugs played a significant role. I really hope there's some support or counseling being offered to their family as they navigate this tragedy.
Detective Morgan and the IMPD seem to be doing everything they can to piece together what really happened. It's crucial for anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward. The Miles and Davis families deserve to know the truth and hopefully find some form of closure in this awful situation. My thoughts are with them as they try to heal.
