Has anyone heard anything about leads or progress on Shaun "Duga" Gillis's case? It’s been on my mind since I read about the tragedy. I can’t shake the thought of how close it was to such a busy place; it seems like there had to be more people around during that time. It's haunting to think witnesses barely escaped harm themselves. I truly hope for the sake of Shaun’s family, who have already endured so much loss, that someone comes forward with information. It's hard to imagine how they’re feeling right now, facing yet another unimaginable loss. Every bit of information could be crucial in helping the IMPD bring justice for Shaun and bring some measure of peace to his family. My heart goes out to all of them during this difficult time. Hi everyone, I’ve been following Shaun Gillis’s case and am really struck by how much he seemed to be loved by his family and friends. From what I’ve read, it seemed like Shaun was the type of person who could light up a room with his laughter and big personality. It saddens me deeply to think about the void his passing must leave in the lives of those who cherished him. One detail that keeps sticking with me is how this happened in broad daylight at a CVS parking lot. It’s incredibly jarring to think that such violence can erupt in a place that's part of everyday life. It makes me wonder if there were any security cameras that could have captured something useful for the investigation. I can’t imagine how terrifying it must’ve been for those who witnessed it. My heart goes out to Shaun’s family. Losing someone so young and full of life like Shaun to senseless violence is beyond tragic. I truly hope someone who knows something finds the courage to come forward, not only for Shaun’s family but for the safety and peace of the entire community.
