Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Aaron George Jackson's shooting in Indy, and it really got me thinking about how the community around East New York Street and North Sherman Drive is holding up. With the police describing it as an isolated incident, I can't help but wonder about the neighborhood dynamics. Was he a known figure in Tuxedo Park? Did he have any disputes or was he involved in any community activities that might shed light on why this happened?
It's so distressing to think about his family and friends going through this without answers. If anyone local to the area can share what it's like there, or if they might have any insight into whether there's been any more news or community meetings since the incident, I'd appreciate hearing it. This case just seems so personal. Stay safe out there, everyone.
Hey everyone,

I've been following the case of Aaron George Jackson on this forum and am really shaken by the senseless violence that took his life. While the IMPD hasn't released much about the circumstances surrounding the incident, I keep thinking about the close-knit nature of the Tuxedo Park neighborhood. Places like that often have residents who watch out for one another and might hold pieces to the puzzle without even realizing it.

It's hard to fathom how something so tragic could occur within a community that’s probably filled with people still going about their daily lives, trying to process what happened on East New York Street that day. Does anyone here live nearby or know if there have been any recent changes in the area that could be relevant to what happened? Maybe increased tensions or something else out of the ordinary?

I truly hope anyone who might have witnessed anything comes forward. Aaron's family deserves justice, and the neighborhood deserves to feel safe again. If you have any insights or thoughts, please share. We can all keep our eyes and ears open to do our part.

Sending love and light to Aaron’s family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time.
