I can’t stop thinking about the role of bystanders in these tragic incidents. I read somewhere that the shooting happened near a local business, and it makes me wonder about the people who were there at the time. How terrifying it must have been for them, witnessing something so devastating and perhaps feeling helpless in the chaos. I hope they get the support they need to process what they've experienced. It's so difficult to even imagine how Devin’s family and friends are coping with this sudden loss. For a loved one to be taken away so violently and unexpectedly is nothing short of a nightmare. I’m also curious about Gavin’s decision to immediately call 911 after the shooting. The fact that he didn’t run and instead reported the incident himself adds a layer of complexity. There's likely more to this story that we haven't heard yet. Does anyone know if there’s been any community support or outreach following the shooting? I feel like the entire community must be grappling with this incident.
