It's so unsettling to hear about Marvin L. Custer's murder, and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time. I've read that the Illinois State Police Public Safety Enforcement Group is now on the case, the shooting happening in East St. Louis is really concerning. It seems like every other day we're hearing about another tragedy in the area. Hopefully, with the state's resources coming into play, they might be able to uncover some leads soon. It's just frustrating that there still aren't any suspects or arrests, especially when two lives were impacted that night. I'm hoping this case will encourage some community members to step forward with any information—anything might help bring some closure to Marvin's loved ones and ensure justice is served.
