Hey everyone, I've been following the Raymond Jackson case and there’s something that's really been on my mind. I'm particularly concerned about the impact on the 8-year-old boy who was in the car with him. Though physically unharmed, I can't imagine the emotional trauma he must be going through, not to mention the toll it might be taking on his family as they help him process such a traumatic event. Does anyone know if there are any community resources or support programs in Chicago that focus on helping young kids deal with witnessing or being involved in violent incidents? It would be comforting to know that he has access to support systems that can help guide him through this. Just thinking of this little guy having to process all this is really tough.
