Hi everyone, I wanted to bring up something about the tragic case of Daquon Rice. I was looking into the demographics and dynamics of the Armour Square neighborhood where the incident happened. It's a diverse area with a mix of cultures and has both residential and commercial sections. It seems like such a tight-knit community, which makes it even sadder to think that something so violent could happen there. Does anyone know if there were any community gatherings or vigils held in honor of Daquon after the incident? From what I've read, these local events can sometimes provide the support that the victim's family and friends need during such tough times. It also makes me wonder if the community is feeling more on edge since the incident. I hope finding justice for Daquon becomes a priority and relieves some of the tension. Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this.
