I've been closely following the tragic case of Kareem Thomas, and something that's really bothering me is the lack of known suspects or arrests. It's been months now, and it feels like there's just silence from the authorities. I can't help but think about Kareem's family and friends—they must be going through so much not knowing what happened or if they'll ever get justice for him.
Does anyone have any insights on how cold cases usually progress in Chicago? It seems like a daunting task for the detectives, but it's leaving the community in the dark and probably feeling unsafe. Hoping for some resolution soon. Keeping Kareem's loved ones in my thoughts.
