Has anyone else been wondering about the increase in violence around West Garfield Park this year? It's truly unsettling to think about what Sean Bailey's family must be going through right now. I read that the shooting happened in broad daylight with so many people around. It's hard to wrap my mind around how something like this can happen and just go unresolved for so long. I can't imagine the pain of waiting for answers while knowing the person responsible is still out there. Does anyone know if community meetings or initiatives are being organized to address the safety concerns in the neighborhood? It's really imperative that we support each other and push for more action to prevent further tragedies.
