Has anyone been following the tragic case of Clifton Boyd? It’s just devastating how this senseless act of violence happened on an otherwise quiet Saturday morning. I’m curious about the area where it took place. Does anyone who’s local have insight on the West Englewood neighborhood? I've heard mixed things about its safety, but it sounds like Clifton was just trying to go about his day when this horrific event took place. And it’s so unsettling to me that nobody is yet in custody. It must be incredibly distressing for his family and co-workers to not have answers or justice. If anyone's familiar with the Chicago PD's process for cases like this, any insight would be appreciated. Hoping for some leads soon and sending thoughts to all who knew Clifton.
