I really can't stop thinking about the community and how it's been shaken by this horrible event. It seems like everyone knew Gio or someone connected to him. My heart is with his family and friends right now; it must be incredibly tough trying to make sense of this loss. I hope they know they're not alone in their pain. Something that stood out to me was the impact the vigil and memorial had on the neighborhood. Even after it was taken down, people still seem to be visiting the area, leaving flowers or just spending a quiet moment there. It shows just how loved Gio was and how much this has affected everyone. It's like the entire community is reaching out in solidarity. I can only imagine how his smile and personality lit up a room, whether he was with friends, at school, or working at Johnny’s. His passions really reflected a larger-than-life personality, and it's so tragic that his life was cut short. Maybe it's through remembering those vibrant qualities that healing can begin, even if it takes a long time. It's reassuring to see everyone coming together, offering support, and keeping Gio's spirit alive in their hearts.
