I was reading about Michael Flagg and couldn't help but think about his family and what they must be going through right now. It's devastating to see another life cut short due to gun violence. The South Shore neighborhood has seen too much of this, and it makes me concerned for the residents who live in constant fear. How are we supposed to feel safe anywhere when tragedies like this happen so frequently? I don't know Michael's story, but I really hope his family finds some peace and that this tragic event sparks real efforts towards change. If anyone knew him personally, I would love to hear more about what he was like.
