Did anyone else watch the security footage that's been circulating? It’s chilling to see how quickly things turned deadly for Marcus. His life was taken in such a violent and senseless way, and I can't stop thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. It’s terrifying to realize that just sitting in your car can make you a target. I really hope the investigators can use the video to track down those responsible and bring some justice for Marcus and his loved ones. It's so frustrating to see another promising life lost to gun violence in Chicago—I truly hope we find ways to make our communities safer.
