It's truly difficult to process what happened to Angelica in such a senseless act of violence. I was just thinking about how times like these remind us of the courage it takes to step forward as a witness. If anyone was in the area around the 7000 block of South Vernon Avenue that morning, or maybe caught something on their phone or dashcam, every little detail could be crucial. It's terrifying to think that these men are still out there, and it must be haunting for Angelica’s family, especially her mom, Regina. Sending strength and hope that someone will come forward with information that leads to justice for Angelica. In the meantime, let's do whatever we can to support the Houston family through their GoFundMe. This world needs more people like Angelica, not fewer. ❤️

The fact that Angelica texted her mom, "God got you" is both haunting and profound. It’s like she had some kind of intuition or feeling that something might happen. I can’t even begin to imagine how Regina must feel holding onto those words while dealing with such a devastating loss. It just feels so unfair. Every mother's worst nightmare.
