I was just reading about Katrina J. Brown and I can't stop thinking about how dangerous it must have been on that night in West Pullman, specifically with more than two dozen shell casings found at the scene. It really shows the level of chaos and fear these violent acts bring to the community. My heart goes out to Katrina's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. I also want to commend the community groups like Roseland Ceasefire and individuals like Street Pastor Donovan Price for stepping up to help. Their efforts to gather information and promote peace are so crucial, especially right now. It’s not just about finding justice for Katrina but also about preventing this from happening again. I really hope the police make some progress in their investigation soon, and that the community continues to support each other through this challenging time.
