Hi everyone, I've been following William Merrick Carter's case closely since he vanished from Lincolnton. Something that's been on my mind is his green backpack. Having no access to a vehicle or cell phone, I wonder if this backpack was significant to him in any way. Did he rely on it daily to carry essentials, or was he carrying something specific at the time of his disappearance that might offer a clue? Considering his struggle with alcoholism and ADHD, could it be that the contents of the backpack were tied to his condition? Medication, perhaps? It’s just so puzzling that he managed to disappear without any trace, and the fact that his bank account remains untouched suggests he was possibly planning to return. Anyone from the area notice anything peculiar about his backpack or where he might have headed that day? Hoping for a breakthrough soon. His family must be desperate for answers. Stay safe and keep sharing any bits of info that could help solve this mystery.

How's everyone doing? I can't stop thinking about William Merrick Carter's case. He's been missing for a while now from Lincolnton, NC. One thing that keeps tugging at me is the lack of any money movement in his bank account. I mean, it's just untouched since the day he vanished. Isn’t it strange? Because you'd think if he wanted to start over or needed essentials, he'd need access to funds, right? I wonder if he had cash on hand or someone helping him get by. No offense to the police, but sometimes these smaller details might open up new lines of thinking. Just putting it out here. Anyone else find this odd or have insights on why it might be significant?
