I've been following Stephanie Lopez Ramirez's case and something that just doesn’t sit right with me is the decision not to press charges against Ramirez-Olivo. It must be incredibly frustrating for Stephanie’s family to hear there isn’t "sufficient evidence" to move forward, given the circumstances. Such decisions can leave families, already in unimaginable pain, feeling like justice slipped through their fingers. Having come to the U.S. in search of a better future, only to face such tragedy, must be devastating for them. I hope they find some kind of peace and support in the community to help them through this tough time. They deserve answers and, more importantly, justice for Stephanie.
