Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Ray Jay James, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this must be having on his friends and family. It’s really tough to imagine what they’re going through, especially with so little information available about what happened to him. Losing someone in such a senseless act of violence must be incredibly painful and bewildering. I noticed on the National Gun Violence Memorial that people have been lighting candles and sharing memories of Ray Jay. It seems like a meaningful way for those who knew him to come together, remember his life, and perhaps find a bit of comfort in community support. If anyone here knew Ray Jay or has any memories they’d be willing to share, I’d love to hear them. Keeping his story alive in this way could help bring more attention to his case. My thoughts are with his loved ones as they navigate this difficult time. Hoping for justice and some sense of peace for them all. Stay safe out there.
