I've been following the case of Wiley “Lee” Jackson closely and something that's been nagging at me is the location where this tragic event occurred. Ewart Avenue and Forsyth Street doesn't really strike me as a high-crime area, so it's puzzling to think about what led to such a violent incident happening there at that hour.
