I’ve been following this case closely, and I’m just left speechless by the devastating impact it has had on the Carter family. My heart truly goes out to the relatives who have had to endure so much loss. I’m particularly disturbed about the fact that a 4-year-old had to be a witness to such a tragedy and will have to grow up with this loss. Imagine the trauma and pain this little one will carry. It's important for us as a community to come together to support survivors and prioritize mental health resources, especially for young children affected by such events. I hope the justice system can provide a measure of closure to the surviving family members, but we must also work collectively to prevent senseless violence like this from repeating. Sending love to all those affected and hoping for healing and peace for the community.
