I’ve been following the case of Jason Salter and Kenny Guerra, and there’s a haunting piece of this situation that’s been on my mind. The impact on their families must be unimaginable, particularly knowing how close-knit they were. I attended Jason’s memorial, and it was incredibly moving to see how loved and respected he was by all who knew him. One thing that stood out to me was the sheer determination and unity in the community efforts to find them. It's as though the entire neighborhood came alive with the kind of support and pursuit for answers that you rarely witness. It really struck me how strong the bond was among Jason and Kenny’s friends and family, coming together to canvass the area and distribute flyers, leaving no stone unturned. It’s profoundly touching to see so many people collectively refusing to let their stories fade. The fact that the GBI is still calling for information gives me hope that justice will eventually be served. If anyone out there still has any piece of information, however small it may seem, please come forward. These men deserve peace, and their families deserve answers.
