Has anyone else been thinking about how bizarre the location and timing of Morray Alexander Ross's shooting were? From what I've read, it happened around 4:40 a.m. That's such an odd hour for anyone to be out, let alone walking between Perry Railroad Street and the Family Food Mart on Camelia Street. I mean, what was Morray doing out there at that time? Was it common for him? Was he just running an errand or meeting someone, maybe? I feel so much for his family; it must be agonizing not to have answers. I keep thinking about how his life was just beginning at 20, having just celebrated his birthday only two days before. It’s such a loss for them to have to navigate all this uncertainty. Do any locals here know if there are any security cameras around that area? It seems like there would be, especially near the Food Mart. I hope there’s at least something there to help bring his family some justice.

I still can't stop thinking about the fact that Morray was only 20 and had just celebrated his birthday. It's such a vivid reminder of how fragile life can be. Just imagining someone going out at that hour, maybe to grab some snacks or meet a friend, and having their life end so abruptly is truly devastating. With no leads or arrests, it really makes me worry about the safety of walking in Fort Valley at night. My heart goes out to Morray's family and friends who are left grappling with not only this immense loss but also the uncertainty and lack of closure surrounding what happened to him. It's important to keep discussing his case to keep the pressure on for answers and justice.
