I was reading about Morgan Antoinette Lawrence's case, and I can't help but think about that abrupt moment she had on the phone with her mom. I can't imagine the shock and fear Barbara felt when the conversation went silent. It's haunting. Being on the phone with someone you love, thinking they're just grabbing a slice of pizza, and then suddenly... nothing. That kind of trauma is unimaginable. It's so disheartening that there's still no arrest or suspect. I really hope the Atlanta PD is pulling out all the stops to solve this one. Morgan's family deserves answers and some sort of closure. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small, I hope they come forward. Let's keep putting pressure out there and talking about this so it doesn't go cold. Morgan deserved so much more.
