Did anyone else catch the local news segment about the vigil held for Sylvasha P. Lester last week? I think it's remarkable how the community is coming together to honor her memory despite the lack of information on the case. They mentioned her close friends organizing it, and it must've taken a lot of courage for them to stand up and speak in front of everyone. It just goes to show how loved she was and the impact she had on those around her. The candles and flowers at the site were such a touching tribute. I really hope we get more updates soon and justice for Sylvasha. Keeps weighing on my mind how many lives were touched that night and how important it is for the community to stay vigilant and engaged. Thoughts and prayers for her family and friends. It's so hard to see this happen in our own backyard.

I’ve been following the case of Sylvasha P. Lester and it’s just been weighing on my mind. It's truly distressing to think about what her family must be going through, not having any answers or updates about who did this to her. I read that her friends and family have started lighting candles on the National Gun Violence Memorial in her honor. It's a beautiful gesture to keep her memory alive, but it makes me wonder why there hasn't been more information released by the authorities? Does anyone know if there’s been any kind of local community advocacy or events planned to raise awareness? Sometimes these things can help spark a new lead in the investigation. If there's anyone from Savannah here, I’d love to know how the community is handling this tragedy. Hoping for justice and peace for Sylvasha's loved ones.
