Has anyone else seen the recent updates about the safety issues at the Willowest Apartments? It's so upsetting to hear that Jayden McKinnon's tragic death could have possibly been prevented if the property had taken better care of its facilities. I read some online reviews from before the incident, and it's shocking how many residents complained about that broken gate and other safety problems. For Jayden's family to have to go through this, all while knowing that simple preventative measures might have made a difference, must be incredibly frustrating and distressing. Losing a loved one is hard enough without the complication of knowing it could have been avoided. My thoughts are with them as they navigate this difficult time and seek accountability. It's a stark reminder that property owners need to prioritize residents' safety to prevent such horrendous acts.
