They often call people "genuine" and "loyal" when they're remembered, but I feel like Justin might truly have been that person who was caught in a terrible situation. It’s so important for communities to find ways to provide support and opportunities that steer clear of this kind of danger. Hoping that the ongoing investigation will bring some answers for everyone grieving these losses.
