Has anyone else looked into the circumstances surrounding how Rodobaldo Portuondo ended up turning himself in at the Bradenton Beach Police Department in Florida? It just seems odd to me. I wonder what prompted him to leave Savannah and go to Florida. Did he have ties there, or was he just trying to run? It's tragic how "Wink" Reed’s life was cut short, and it must be devastating for his family and friends. Knowing how communities rally in times of distress, I can only imagine the support they're showing each other right now. I'm hoping justice is served swiftly, and that everyone impacted by this senseless act can find some peace. If anyone has read or found more details, please share.
