Did anyone else catch that Facebook live video from the scene? It’s so chilling. I can't even imagine how surreal it must have been for those who witnessed it in person. The way the witness described seeing Shonda in the street covered with that pink blanket, and then the coroner arriving—the whole scene sounds absolutely surreal and tragic. My heart goes out to Shonda's family and friends. It's hard to fathom how a moment can change so many lives forever. Does anyone know if the authorities are providing any support or counseling for the witnesses? It seems like they might need it after experiencing something so traumatic.
Has anyone else seen the Facebook live video that caught the aftermath of Shonda's tragic last moments? I'm still trying to process the fact that someone could record something so personal and raw. It feels like an invasion of privacy during what must have been an incredibly traumatic time for her family and friends. While it's understandable that people want to capture and share what happens around them, I can't help but wonder about the ethical considerations. Imagine someone you love being shown in a video like that—it just adds another layer of pain to an already horrendous situation.
If anyone from Shonda's circle somehow reads this, I hope they know there are lots of us who hold her family in our thoughts, even if all we can do is offer words of support from afar. ?? Let's all remember that there’s a real human story behind these tragic events.
Hey everyone,
I've been following this case closely and something's been weighing on my mind about the Facebook live stream that captured the aftermath of the incident. It’s just devastating that LaShonda’s last moments were broadcasted online for everyone to see. It makes me wonder about the impact of social media in situations like these, especially on her family and friends who might have come across the video before even being officially notified. Losing someone you adore is hard enough without having their final moments played out on the internet.
I really hope authorities and platforms can work together to handle such sensitive content better in the future. My heart goes out to LaShonda’s family and friends as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time. Does anyone know if there's been any statement from Facebook regarding the video? I can only imagine what the family must be going through having to deal with this added layer of exposure.
Sending love and strength to all who knew and loved Shonda. ?
