Marc was a devoted lovely father of my soon to be 2 year old son Amiri whitehead on June 28th the date of Marc life was taking from him on our son first year bday a day I will never forget and now I can’t celebrate my son birthdate ever on that date of his born day due to that circumstance it will always be a day after which is his aunt Marc sister birthday. we are still grieving and praying for justice and answers as it almost a year Marc has been gone from us and no updates on his case his murderer still is out somewhere. I am emotionally hurt full of pain that the love of my life my fiancé is gone not only from me his son and also his family and other two sons as well .We had plans Marc had it all planned out for us to move out of Augusta for better opportunities and new beginnings. Has anyone else found it strange that Marc was discovered in the DuraMed parking lot so early in the morning? It just makes me wonder what brought him there at that time of day. Could he have been meeting someone, or maybe it was just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? It's unsettling to think about what his final moments might have been like.
I didn’t know Marc personally, but from what I’ve gathered through posts and comments, he seemed like such a devoted father and a friendly person. It's a terrible loss for the community and especially for his children. My thoughts are with them and everyone who knew him. I hope we get some answers soon, whether it’s from witnesses or evidence. It’s so important for his family to have some closure and for justice to be served.
