I’ve been thinking a lot about Ira Elizabeth Shaw's case lately, especially since it's so frustratingly unsolved even after all these years. What keeps bugging me is the route she would have taken from the LBJ Library to her aunt's house. It wasn't a super long walk, but Austin was developing rapidly even back in '78. Does anyone know if there were certain areas along that route that might have been dangerous or poorly lit back then? It seems like someone must have seen something, but almost no details have emerged for decades. If anyone has insight into what that area was like, maybe it could provide some new angle to look at her case from. I feel like there's still hope of finding out what happened to her, even after all this time. Let’s keep Liz’s story alive!
