Hey everyone,
I've been following the discussion around Willie Lee Gonder's tragic death, and I can't help but think about the impact this ongoing investigation, or lack thereof, is having on his family and community. It's been over four months now since Willie was taken from us, and still, there's no resolution or any leads that have been made public. I can only imagine the frustration and pain his loved ones must be feeling not knowing what happened or who is responsible.
Does anyone have more information about what the local police department is doing, if anything? I saw that his family has been active in sharing memorials and keeping his memory alive, but I'm curious if there's been any community outreach or attempts to rally for more resources to solve his case. It just feels like Willie, and his family deserve so much more than an unanswered question.
