I’ve been following the case since it broke, and I can't stop thinking about Kyren’s friends at LaGrange High. It’s so hard to imagine going back to school and trying to focus on classes while dealing with the loss of a friend. The fact that the school district is providing counselors is great, but it’s still such a tough situation. I really hope his friends find the support they need to heal during this incredibly difficult time. Kyren sounded like a genuinely good kid who didn't deserve to have his life cut short. If anyone has more info on how the community is coping or ways to help, please share. This impacts so many people, and it's just so deeply tragic.
