Has anyone else read about the chilling details surrounding Laquana Lang's tragic death? I can't stop thinking about those poor kids and what they had to go through. Crawling over their mother's body to find help? It's such a horrific image, and my heart goes out to them. They’re so young and undoubtedly faced an unimaginable day. I keep wondering about the effects this will have on them long-term. Having to experience something so traumatic at such a tender age has to leave a mark. I truly hope they're receiving all the love and professional support they need to begin healing. It's baffling and frustrating to think how domestic violence, yet again, shatters lives, leaving these little ones scarred. The community in Augusta needs to rally around these kids and ensure they have as normal a life as possible from here on out. They’ve been through enough. If anyone knows about any support or fundraisers set up for them, please share. I think many of us would like to help in any way we can.
