Does anyone have more information on the location where the shooting took place, the 2400 block of Carroll Drive? I’ve been trying to understand how something like this could happen in what seems to be a quiet dead-end street. It’s unsettling to think that even in seemingly safe areas, tragedy can strike so suddenly. My heart goes out to Eric Council’s family and friends who must be reeling from this loss. Also, I hope the other woman who was injured is receiving the care she needs. Anyone familiar with the area or the people involved who can shed more light on what might have led to this tragic event? It's crucial we support each other and keep our communities safe.
