I was reading about the tragic loss of Sharnice Wilson and Marquisha Philips, and my heart goes out to their families. One thing that really stuck with me is how strong Wilson's mother, Ursula Johnson-Early, has been through this ordeal. Not only is she grappling with the unimaginable loss of her daughter, but she's also taken on the responsibility of caring for her grandchildren. That kind of resilience is truly inspiring. I can't imagine the pain of trying to stay strong for her family while seeking justice for her daughter and Marquisha. How can someone bear so much and still find the strength to push for change in the community? It’s a reminder to all of us of the ongoing struggle to end this senseless violence. I hope justice is served and that this community can come together to support these families and honor the memory of these two young women.
