I’ve been following developments on Michael Cary's case and a thought crossed my mind. The reward being offered for information that could lead to an arrest is a solid move, but I sometimes wonder how effective these rewards really are in cases like this. Does anyone here know of situations where a reward actually made a difference in bringing someone forward with information? My heart goes out to Michael's family and friends. Losing a loved one to such senseless violence must be unimaginably painful. I truly hope someone steps up with vital information soon that can offer some much-needed closure. Any thoughts or insights on how these reward systems typically function?
