Does anyone else feel like the lack of housing resources for individuals like Trevon Tillman often leaves them more vulnerable to violence? Reading about Trevon being of no fixed address really struck me. It's truly upsetting how being without stable housing can increase someone's risk of ending up in dangerous situations. I can't help but wonder if more accessible resources and safe housing options might prevent tragedies like this. It's disturbing to see the increase in violent crimes in D.C. lately, and it's a reminder of how interconnected these issues are. The community needs to have a discussion about not just addressing gun violence but also looking at the systemic issues that contribute to it. Rest in peace, Trevon. My heart goes out to his friends and family who are dealing with this loss. Hoping someone comes forward with information so justice can be served.
