Has anyone else been following the case of Richard Ruffin III? It's gutting to think about what his family must be going through right now. I read that the incident happened on Farragut Street NW, which isn't exactly a quiet area but still, it’s just so jarring. I’m wondering if there’s a connection between the location and why this horrific event took place. Do any locals know if this area has had a history of similar incidents? Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the murder of Richard Ruffin III and just can’t shake how tragic it is for his family and friends. I'd like to bring up the location aspect of the crime.
