I've been following the tragic case of Julius McCree's murder, and it's so unsettling that there still aren't any arrests or leads. I wanted to bring up something that seems to be under-discussed: the location of the crime. The 3900 block of Southern Avenue isn't exactly known as a high crime area, which makes this even more concerning. It’s a stark reminder that violence can strike anywhere and affects every community member.

I’ve been following the tragic case of Julius McCree. Has anyone looked into the security camera footage from businesses or residences near the 3900 block of Southern Avenue? Given the time of the incident, it might be a long shot, but there could be some useful footage from late night or early morning that might have picked up something important. Even cars driving by might have dashcams. I know the detectives are working hard, but sometimes the community can spot things that might help.
