I can't stop thinking about how senseless and tragic this whole situation is, especially for Rashaud's friends and family. It must be incredibly difficult for them, not only coming to terms with losing someone so young but also dealing with the ongoing investigation and lack of answers.

The 7300 block of Blair Road and the 800 block of Fern Street are not too far apart, but why was the second victim found there? Was it a random act or perhaps an attempt to flee after the initial shooting?
