Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the discussion around the tragic loss of Latoya Gay, and I keep coming back to the surveillance video released by the Tampa Police Department. It's haunting to watch, knowing those captured might hold key pieces to this puzzle. If you pause at the right moment, you can see the uncertainty on their faces. One can't help but wonder what they saw or might know about that chaotic night. It’s frustrating, though, that they’re still unidentified.
It's difficult to imagine the pain Latoya's family must be feeling, especially her sister, Tiondra Parker, who has been such a strong voice for justice. My heart goes out to them, especially knowing how she was a pillar in her community, always opening her home to others.
If anyone is local to East Tampa, please check to see if you might recognize something or someone in those clips. Sometimes the smallest detail can unravel these kinds of cases. Let’s hope those individuals come forward or someone recognizes them. Latoya and her family deserve answers and justice.
Stay safe, and let’s keep her memory alive by keeping the discussion going and supporting the family in any way we can.

Hi everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Latoya Gay, and it's just so upsetting to think about the chaos that unfolded that night at Silver Oaks Apartments. I've been thinking a lot about the people caught on the surveillance footage. It's really frustrating that they're not considered suspects but are still out there. I keep wondering if they know something that could bring Latoya's family some peace. I can't imagine how they must feel, especially knowing she was pregnant and would have brought another life into the world.
If you watch the footage, there's something unsettling about how these individuals jumped over the fence so casually. Is it possible they were familiar with the complex? Maybe they aren't strangers to that area? Also, it's puzzling that the only arrest so far is a 16-year-old for firearm possession—why isn't there more progress in finding out who was responsible for this senseless tragedy?
I hope the community continues to share any information they might have. Latoya's kids and her sister deserve answers and some form of justice. My heart goes out to them. If anyone else feels this way, let's keep this conversation going and see if collectively we can help keep the spotlight on the case.
Stay safe, everyone.
