I’ve been following the events of that tragic Easter Sunday, and the more I think about it, the more I can't shake off the image of little Cameron. I can't imagine how his mother must be feeling, being so far away when it happened. Being a parent myself, I can't fathom the pain of losing a child in such a senseless act of violence. It’s comforting to hear that the community is rallying around his family to support them in any way they can, especially financially. The fact that people have managed to raise over $1,000 so quickly is a testament to the kindness that still exists in this world. It’s small gestures like these that can really help a family start to heal. My heart goes out to them, and I hope that Cameron's family finds peace eventually. Love and support to all those affected.
