I can't wrap my head around how something as simple as a night out with friends turned into such a tragic event. I heard about Travis Turner's murder at the VYPZ lounge on July 4th, and it’s just so sudden and senseless. From everything I’ve read, he seemed like a genuine guy who was just out celebrating his birthday month. It breaks missing Travis at his sister's graduation; buying her that dress shows what a thoughtful brother he was. My heart really goes out to Teffanie and his family during this incredibly painful time. It’s also concerning that the suspect(s) are still out there. I hope people step forward with information so that the Broward Sheriff's Office can make some progress in this investigation. The fact that there seems to be a lot of evidence to go through, like the dark-colored BMW and the scene itself, gives me hope that they'll find something soon. If you know anything, even if it seems insignificant, please report it. We need to ensure that justice is served and that Travis’ family can find some semblance of peace.
