Is anyone else thinking about the safety measures at places like Indrio Savannahs Preserve? It's so tragic what happened to James Alan Behncke. My heart goes out to his family and friends. It's alarming that such a serene place could be the backdrop for something so awful. I know the Sheriff's Office said there's no ongoing threat, but I'm really wondering how they can ensure safety in these more secluded areas. Do you think incidents like these will lead to increased security or surveillance in nature preserves? It's just so unsettling to think a peaceful nature outing can take such a distressing turn. Would love to hear what others think about this aspect.
