I still can't believe that this happened in such a close-knit community. Hearing about Brandon Royal Christmas's murder has really shaken up Immokalee, especially those living around Alexander Circle. It's unsettling to think an area some of us call home is now marked by tragedy. Even with Brandon's past, every life lost this way is a blow to the community and to those who knew him. I feel terrible for his family. They must be going through so much right now, especially with no arrests and no clear answers yet. For all they knew, Brandon could have been turning his life around. Everyone makes mistakes, but that shouldn't define a person forever or lead to such a tragic end. I've seen cases go cold when communities stay silent, so if anyone has even the smallest bit of information, please reach out to authorities.
