I can't stop thinking about the bravery of Shelby's boyfriend during that terrifying ordeal. It must have been absolutely harrowing for him to witness such a tragic event and still have the presence of mind to alert the neighbors and try to get help. The fact that a stray bullet made its way into the Sadley's home and narrowly missed their family just underscores how dangerous the situation was. It's shocking to imagine the fear the Sadley family must have felt when they realized what was happening just next door.
I can’t even begin to imagine the trauma that goes along with an incident like this. I hope the community continues to support all those affected in this incredibly difficult time. It's a small comfort, but knowing the sheriff's office is actively working on the investigation is reassuring. I've been following the heartbreaking events in Vero Beach Highlands and something that really got to me is the bravery and quick thinking of Shelby's boyfriend during such a horrifying ordeal. Despite being injured himself, he managed to get help by alerting the Sadley family next door. In such a terrifying moment, it's remarkable how he was able to spring into action to try and get aid for Amanda and Shelby. It really speaks to the kind of person he must be, and my thoughts go out to him as he tries to recover from such trauma.
I also can't stop thinking about the Sadley family and how close they came to being further involved in this tragedy. That stray bullet could have caused even more destruction. It's so scary to think this happened in a neighborhood where everyone is just trying to go about their daily lives.

Has anyone in the community heard more about the Ring doorbell footage the sheriff's office is asking about? I really feel for the Sadley family and others in the neighborhood who might have something useful here. It must be terrifying knowing that a stray bullet came into their home too. I'm hoping someone around that block caught something on camera around 3:45 a.m. Maybe it'll bring some leads to what seems like an incredibly challenging case for everyone involved. Every bit of information could be crucial. It’s tough to imagine what Charlie and the rest of the family are going through.
