Does anyone else find it incredibly disturbing that this all unfolded in a multifamily apartment building? I keep thinking about the other residents who might have been at home during the shooting—families, kids, anyone just trying to have a normal evening. It's awful to imagine what they must have heard or seen that night. It makes me wonder about the emotional impact on the community there, not just John's family and friends, who are obviously devastated, but those who unknowingly became witnesses to something so violent. Hoping the authorities continue to gather information and provide support to everyone affected. Thoughts and prayers go out to John's loved ones during this incredibly tough time.
