I just read about the tragic shooting outside The Bunker Social Club. It’s so upsetting to see a life cut short like Gregory Robertson’s was. I can only imagine the pain his family is going through. I was particularly struck by how quickly they managed to identify and arrest Joshua Morales. It seems like the authorities were on top of things from the get-go, which provides some hope that justice will be served. But what really gets me is the whole environment outside places like The Bunker—how do situations escalate so quickly to such a devastating end? It’s a reminder of how fragile life can be. Gregory deserved so much more. Sending thoughts to his loved ones.
Hey everyone,
I wanted to talk about the role that surveillance footage played in the Waterbury case outside The Bunker Social Club. It's chilling to think about how these tiny pieces of tech have become so essential in solving crimes. From what I’ve read, it seems that local businesses in the area had cameras that captured some crucial evidence that aided in identifying Joshua Morales.
It makes me wonder what the investigation would look like without this kind of technology. Gregory Robertson's family is going through unimaginable pain, and if it brings them even a small step closer to justice, then every bit of technology used is worth it. It’s haunting and sad how sometimes the only witness is a camera. My heart genuinely goes out to all the families involved.
Anyone else have thoughts on how technology is influencing criminal investigations today?
