Has anyone else heard about the disturbing incident that happened in New Haven? It’s seriously alarming. Shaquille Chazz Pearson lost his life in a drive-by shooting on November 14, 2023, and it’s a tough detail to swallow. From what I’ve read, around 14 to 15 shots were fired at the intersection of Grand Avenue and East Pearl Street. You can’t help but feel for his family and friends right now; this is such a senseless loss.
What I’ve been wondering about is the suspect vehicle. It was found abandoned in North Haven, not far from Warner Road and Middletown Avenue. There’s something weird about how it was spotted earlier with people trying to break into other cars in North Haven. It makes me think there might be a connection or maybe that the people in the car were up to something before the shooting. Could that mean there’s more to this than what we know now?
Every bit of information helps, so if anyone knows anything, please reach out to New Haven detectives. It might just be a small detail, but it could make a huge difference in the investigation. My heart really goes out to everyone who knew Pearson. Let’s hope the community gets some answers soon and that justice is served.
